1. Limited Warranty Overview

Conscious Circuit LLP ("the Company") warrants that every Sangrahan product, in its original sealed packaging, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Rooted in our commitment to kindness and fair trade, if a product proves defective due to improper workmanship or materials, we will—at our discretion—repair or replace the item.

This warranty is a gesture of our partnership with the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Note: To honor this warranty, an original sales receipt or invoice is required to establish the purchase date and ownership.

2. Warranty Terms & Duration

The warranty period for Sangrahan SSDs and Micro SD cards is determined by the SHORTER of the following milestones:

The Time Period:
• Sangrahan SSDs: 5 Years or 3 Years (depending on the specific model) from the date of purchase.
• Sangrahan Micro SD Cards: 5 Years from the date of purchase.
Usage Threshold: The period ending when the drive reaches its TBW (Total Bytes Written) rating.
Health Indicator: The period ending when the device's internal Lifespan/Health indicator reaches a value indicating the end of functional life or abnormal usage.

3. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

If we encounter a challenge with our Sangrahan device, we approach the solution with sympathy and speed:

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your invoice. If lost, Conscious Circuit LLP will use the Serial Number (SN) on the product label to determine the warranty start date based on our manufacturing records.

Data Privacy

During service, our engineers may need to access the information on the device. We pledge, in accordance with our values, never to disclose your information to third parties, except for essential employees tasked with your repair.

While we strive to be as helpful as possible, this warranty does not apply to damages resulting from:

Accidents & Misuse

Neglect, abuse, incorrect handling, or improper voltage supply.

Alterations

Disassembly, unauthorized repairs, or modifications by anyone other than Conscious Circuit LLP.

Physical Integrity

Removal of quality-control stickers, product labels, or serial numbers.

Normal Wear

Gradual degradation of flash memory over time beyond the rated TBW.

Environment

Use in conditions (heat/moisture) not approved in our documentation.

This warranty is the sole agreement between us. While we take every care to handle our hardware with the utmost respect, ConsciousCircuit LLP is not liable for the recovery of lost data. We kindly urge our customers to maintain regular backups of their precious information.
